Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes — completely free, zero obligation. Your first consultation with an EZmigrate counsellor carries no commitment. We want to understand your goals and give you honest advice — whether you proceed with us or not.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest channel — we typically respond within a few hours during office hours (9am–6pm IST).
Can I consult remotely / online?
Yes. We conduct consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, and phone for students who cannot visit our Kerala office. Many of our Indian students receive their entire guidance online before departing for New Zealand.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Just your academic transcripts or mark sheets (final year students can bring provisional) and a general idea of your study goals. Our counsellors will guide you through everything else from there — no preparation needed.
Do you only help with New Zealand?
New Zealand is our primary specialisation — we are NZ-registered with licensed immigration advisors on staff. We also assist with Australia, UK, Canada, and other destinations, but NZ is where our expertise and approval rates are strongest.
What does EZmigrate charge for its services?
The initial consultation is always free. Service fees vary depending on the scope of support required. We provide a full, transparent fee breakdown during your consultation — no hidden charges, no surprises.
